Born and raised in Cookeville, TN, Dr. Taylor’s interest in dentistry was sparked during her junior year of college. Originally on the path to medical school, she began shadowing her family dentist and experienced firsthand the lasting, sincere connections made by her dentist and his patients. With her entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for helping others, and encouragement from her dentist, Dr. Taylor knew she wanted to pursue general dentistry.
She attended Cookeville’s very own Tennessee Tech University, where she earned her dual Bachelor of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology and health science biology in 2014. After graduating, she worked in the pathology department of Cone Medical Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Continuing her education, she achieved her DDS at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 2019.
Today, Dr. Taylor is treating patients with individualized, compassionate care and bringing new life to smiles. She truly cherishes getting to know her community and forging lasting friendships with her patients.
Beyond the office, Dr. Taylor enjoys staying active with her husband, hiking and camping in Tennessee’s outdoor beauty, caring for her indoor and outdoor plants, and baking homemade goodies. Always learning and immersing herself in books, you can catch Dr. Taylor switching between mind stimulating self-improvement or an enthralling sci-fi mystery. A Cookeville native, Judy has been working in dentistry for 31 years. Her experience in insurance and administration makes her a constant resource for our team and our patients. Judy has 5 grandchildren whom she spends much of her off time with and when she isn’t with family you can find her searching for that “perfect piece” at local estate sales.
Rachel is from just down the road in Livingston, TN where she lives with her husband and her two brand new twin baby boys. Rachel worked at the front desk in a dental office before deciding to become a hygienist. Her diverse dental experience of working both in insurance and hygiene has made her a valuable addition to our practice.
Chloe is from Cookeville, and spent several years working as a hygiene and dental assistant before becoming a hygienist herself. Coming from a family of medical and dental professionals Chloe has so much to offer our patients and our team. When not at the office Chloe spends much of her time picking up new skills like her new found love for pottery and of course spending time with her husband and son.
Like most of us, Eden was born and raised in Cookeville. She chose her career in hygiene because of her love to work directly with her patients and help them achieve a healthy smile. When she isn’t working with patients, you will often find Eden outside as she is an avid gardener or on the road as she loves to travel. She has a big family with lots of nieces and nephews that she enjoys spending time with as well.
